Dean was very professional, and he was very pleasant outgoing very helpful no pressure and it was a delight to have this experience with Dean. I would recommend Dean to anyone that would come into the dealership Subaru to see him because he really helped us and he seemed to have our best interest at heart throughout the entire process, and Dean went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we have pleasant experience buying this Subaru. He was patient whenever I changed gears and went to another car. He recommended another one and he brought us out. Finally, the car that we really wanted and he was very thorough. He stayed late up to the point when we were leaving to explain everything in the car he was certainly the best anyone could be so thumbs up to Nate again he was wonderful and I would send anyone I would want to buy a car from him again I can’t say enough about how great he was and he should get all the accolades that you can give anyone in his situation selling a car because it really made it a very pleasant experience. John Melchiore was very professional. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a Subaru vehicle. We never felt like he was pushing any vehicle on us or trying to upsell us. After our first visit, my wife and I left without making a buying decision. He did not ever press us to try and close a sale. We called John back later and let him know exactly the vehicle we were looking for. He found it and at the target price we wished to pay. John also did a great job in going over all the features of our new vehicle and demonstrating them.
