Excellent service. Work completed on time. Spencer welcomed me and got the job started. William Ritchie was the technician and made a great video explaining what he did.

Vast improvements have been made to the service side within the last year. You can now usually get ahold of someone when you call, the service is excellent, and they now have a shuttle for when you do get a service. One thing I do not like - is the “We want to buy your” vehicle emails constantly after service. As long as Audi keeps putting real engines in their vehicles - I will keep buying them.

Was the coolest experience!!!! love this building and the new staff they did very well with what they have. Charles and Mr T was very knowledgeable on the all the vehicles because i had many questions on the Audi and Porche. Finance was quick and easy and the process was simple and straight forward. bought all the service contracts and life time oil, gap and the total care bundle. Great work guys. Keep it up!!!

Love working with Spencer, he communicates well and is very informative. I know I’m in good hands when I drop my car off. I need a ride back to the dealership to pickup my car and they were happy to pick me up. Colin was very nice and courteous.
