They honored their advertised price, did not push me to make a deal, did not pressure me to buy anything I did not want to buy. The salesman was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle. I did purchase one extra item, the extended warranty, not because they pressured me to, but because I wanted one. I am not sure I got a great deal on the extended warranty, but I did think that the price of the car was very fair. I used their financing, and the loan terms they were able to offer were reasonable.

Elmhurst Toyota respects the customers' time and the knowledge they would have walked though the door with. There was absolutely zeeo dreaded dancing about price negotiation, both the vehicles in stock and valuation of the trade in were incredibly fair.
