It was a very positive experience with the Sales Team and in particular Wes Moro. Wes was new to dealer sales, but he was excellent. No pressure at all, accommodating with all my questions and request. He fully understood where I was coming from. The Sales Manager was quick to answer my request and the finance manager was efficient. Overall, I purchase the exact vehicle I wanted, paid a reasonable price, and I would recommend this dealership
My husband and I were very satisfied with our first time buying a Toyota from Emerson.Luce Sterling sold us the SR 5 and was never pushy,took his time going over everything.We felt he gave us excellent customer service.We hope this continues as time goes on.

NEVER buy a car from this dealer. One of worst business managers I have ever dealt with. They called and got our buyout,then they talked with our finance company. Then they said they made an error of less than $300 after the financing was completed and refused to sign the paperwork unless we paid the difference. Last thing, she practically threw the paperwork at us. Very unprofessional.. Go elsewhere!
