I originally contacted Tucson Subaru online inquiring about a vehicle and never heard back despite the website stating I would be contacted. It took me a second time before I was contacted. Despite this, I did end up purchasing a vehicle.
Jack was great and easy to work with. Answered all our questions on the spot. He knew the Subaru vehicle inside and out! Traci in Finance was fun during what is normally the worst part of a car purchase.
I submitted a request for info on the website on a Sunday and unexpectedly heard back from Debbie a short while later. When I dropped by the next day, she was easy going, answered all my questions, and didn't sour the experience by trying to talk me into options I wasn't interested in. Once we started discussing financing options with Kevin, it was the same again. He explained things clearly, answered questions, and worked hard to find the best rate possible. All in all, a great experience. I'll be back when it's time to service the vehicle, and should I ever be looking for another Subaru, they'll be my go-to, for sure.
The dealership has a great staff of knowledgeable and caring people. It makes the whole process of buying a car or servicing one very pleasant!
