It is a family owned dealership, everyone was very friendly, low (no) pressure, helpful and answered all of our questions. Durning the entire transaction they were very transparent to work with (Juan-Sales and Doug/Finance, Eric Beilowitz). The negotiation process was quick and easy, no pressure to purchase those "add-ons" that other dealerships try to get you to purchase.
