Just picked up a car from the Carz4us location in Pinebrook and I’m honestly impressed. The staff here made the whole process smooth and stress free. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit not just trying to make a quick sale. The car I bought runs great, and they were upfront about everything, which built a lot of trust. Solid dealership with good people highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area
Purchased 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. The car was well prep'd, very clean. They negotiated with us in good faith. The SUV was ready for pickup on time. Later we found it was missing a DVD remote and floor mat. They found them and shipped them directly to us. After dealing with so many problems with OEM Dealers it was very refreshing to find a used car dealer that is so professional.
