The WORSE car dealership in WNY!!!!! They seem to be professional when you meet with them, i bought a 2008 ford Explorer for $9,500but not long after leaving the dealership ( 41 days) my car began to have major issues.. I took it back to them thinking it was under warranty but I ended up paying for them to fix it.. SMH 2 yrs. goes by and I'm still having engine issues so I decide to get a newer car... I call the creditor to see how much I owe and to my SURPRISE I owe almost $20grand i don't know how when I've been paying on it for 2 yrs. now but wow.. I just don't know what to do my recommendation is to find a dealership that isn't going to over over charge you, a dealership who has cars that aren't over priced...

My finances became a mess over the past few years leaving me with a very low credit score. So when I could not get a conventional loan from a bank, I had to find a "buy here, pay here" car. I figured I'd end up with an overprices piece of junk. I ended up with a great running car that I needed for work. There were a few problems that needed to be resolved and even though it took two months for parts to come in, Vogel fixed up the car without any hassles. This has been one of the best car buying experiences during the 30+ years of life. I recommend Vogel to anyone who has poor credit by needs a car!

And when i say cheap, i mean terrible pieces of garbage! The cars are nothing but piles of junk. I bought my car and two weeks after i purchased it i started to have problems with the transmission. Needed to get a brand new transmission in it! Now a year later the car is having transmission problems AGAIN when it shouldnt be! The dont fix anything the way it needs to be fixed and give lame excuses for why things go at a snails pace. Took almost 2 months for my registration to come in the mail. Oh, and credit acceptance? Garbage! They do not work with you on ANYTHING! my credit is even worse now because of buying this hunk of scrap metal.

The WORST car dealership in NY!! They act very nice and professionally during the transaction. But as soon as you leave this dealership, be prepared to have many problems. They told us that our vehicle would be fully inspected and fixed before we drove it home because I was pregnant and we had a four year old and our safety was important to them. Well we get home with the truck and start having problems with the truck and we ended up paying out of pocket for it. Then we are having multiple problems getting the registration and plates from this company. We have been waiting 98 days since they issued the 45 day temp. And everytime we call they have some lame excuse as to why we have not received our plates and registration even though we have been paying for a truck we can't legally drive. Seriously choose a different dealership than this one!
