What Others Say

Jessica helped me with the Toyota app they had a recent update and my subscription expired and now I’m able to start my vehicle again. Thank you !

I was very happy with my experience with this dealership. I went in on a whim, after visiting another nearby dealership, and was not even sure I was going to by a car. I was also not thinking Toyota before that, as I had my heart set on another car. However, my experience at Tasca Toyota Boston convinced me that they had the better option. The salesperson I dealt with was Walter and he was great. He answered my questions, took me for a test drive, and never made me feel rushed even when we ended up being there well after closing. He had a friendly attitude and, though I did feel a bit of pressure to commit before I was probably ready, that's pretty much a standard of any car dealership anywhere. They want you to sign before leaving, and I get that, even though it is stressful. I would have likely still leased the car, but probably could have avoided much stress had I had time to figure out insurance in advance. Due to a miscommunication, I signed a lease for a car that did not have a feature I really wanted. The manager Paul was extremely nice and allowed me to change to a different vehicle, even matching the price I would have gotten at the competing dealership for the same features on their car. I wrote him late at night and he called early the next morning, which was amazing. The two finance people I dealt with were also very helpful and friendly. Even the salesperson at the desk next to Walter was awesome, despite not working with me. We chit chatted a bit and he remembered me when I went back the next day to make the switch. Really nice guy. The woman who I met with to help me get set up with the Toyota app similarly awesome. She was extremely friendly, patiently answered questions, and walked me through all of the key uses of the app. Also, I love the app. I have had my car a week and have already used it to check where I parked my car, confirm my doors were locked, and more. It connects my phone to the car seamlessly and the most I ever have to do is turn on the wi-fi if it is set to off. The car itself has exceeded my expectations thus far. It drives extremely smoothly, has mindboggling good fuel efficiency, and every day I discover a new feature I did not know existed. For example, I just realized yesterday I could wave my hand in front of the door to unlock it rather than hit the button. I am very happy I switched to the better trim because I have already found utility in the blind spot monitor and rear sensors, but many of the other great features would have also been there with other trims (back camera, lane assist, large screen, etc.). I did not know how much I would love the wireless charging for my phone, but that has been an added bonus. I also love that there is a button for assistance in case of emergency, which makes me feel safer/protected. I was able to negotiate adding heated seats, which I have also already used numerous times. My only small complaint was that the timeline I was given for when my car would be ready was not accurate. I was told Friday but did not get it until late Monday, which meant spending a couple of hundred dollars on Ubers that I really could have used. But it was a holiday week, so I understand delay. I just wish communication on this had been more proactive rather than me having to feel like I was hounding them for info. They could have also offered a couple hundred $ to make up for the delay, knowing it cost me money I would not have had to spend if it came in the day I was first told it would. All told, I am really happy with my experience and the vehicle. Pending anything changing in the future, I anticipate remaining a Toyota customer for future leases (especially if they offer incentives such as ending a lease slightly early to get a newer model, as happened in the past when I had a Ford). I recommend this dealership and had only positive interactions with all staff, including the salespeople, finance people, managers, and even janitorial staff.

Very professional. The service rep that helped me explained and generally communicated very well. He made sure I wasted no time waiting unnecessarily. He also was able to come in at less than the service estimate and adjusted my payment accordingly.

I’ve been a customer since 2015 . This is my 5th Toyota Sienna. They make a great a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
