I have been a customer of Fair Oaks Ford for over 20 years. I actively seek Frank out when I am there as he has always been so kind and helpful to me and my family. He is a very knowledgeable and kind person who I know I can trust to help me get the service I need.
Salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time as needed to see several vehicles so that ultimately resulted in a vehicle purchase.
The tech that came to my house was polite, curious, and professional. He took care of my car and was off to another customer.
Staff in the service area are always friendly and the technicians do excellent work. Wouldn’t take my truck to any other dealer!

Fair Oaks customer service is always on par, the tech came out the scheduled time to perform my recall update, which made it very convenient for me, I really appreciate the in home service.
