Staff in the service area are always friendly and the technicians do excellent work. Wouldn’t take my truck to any other dealer!

Fair Oaks customer service is always on par, the tech came out the scheduled time to perform my recall update, which made it very convenient for me, I really appreciate the in home service.
Jennifer Marquette was extremely helpful setting up my pick up and delivery. Arline took things from there and explained everything that needed to be done for my vehicle, including a recall, cost etc. When everything was completed she set up the return drop off. Great experience!
