I had my appointment on Saturday because my car's sensor stopped working, and the Phone App asked me to schedule an appointment. I followed the phone app to schedule the appointment. It selected 'oil change' as the reason because it was the first option (I think), which I also need. I wasn't sure if the sensor problem would be included with that issue. So I added a note stating that the sensor problem is my issue. When I arrived for my appointment, the attendee told me that they can not check the sensor issue on Saturday. So I naturally asked; I added a note specifically for that but they said their system doesn't show any note. The part that made me a little unhappy was when he said they were unaware of the sensor issue a few times, which gave me the feeling that he was trying to say it wasn't their problem. So I showed the email confirmation I received with my note. The next time he mentioned it again, I had to tell him that since it's their system, his IT team manages it, so I cannot help fix it if the note doesn't show in his systems. He needs to talk to his IT team to get it fixed. But he helped me reschedule my appointment for Monday and provided a pick-up and drop-off service, for which I am very thankful. The dealer had to keep my truck for 2 nights. They did not promise but offered to arrange a loaner car if available. However, that didn't happen, and I was expecting a courtesy call informing me about the status of the loaner car. So I called Tuesday for information. The person who answered took my phone number and promised a callback but never followed through.

Transparent dealer that was great to work with. Did not pressure me into buying and provided all the incentives and finance specials upfront with different options.

I love my new car. It was a very nice place to do business. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Good service department. Done right. Completed on time as promised. Delicious snacks and coffee in waiting area.
