Dean was excellent and gave top notch customer service! His attention to detail was helpful in making this a timely purchase!
Experience was easy; I knew what I wanted. One issue was that delivery was going to be late in day. We had a long travel day so I tried to push to next morning. Salesperson was so insistent on finishing that day that she drove it to our house. I appreciate that it saved me a trip but would have preferred that she honored our request. I understand the risk of “buyer’s remorse” but felt I was pushed too hard. It was the exact car we wanted. Second, the trade amount for my car was $3000. Carvana gave me $7800. That’s an unexplainable difference.
On 11/21/2025, I purchased a lightly-used (4000 miles) 2025 F-150 Lariat PowerBoost from Fair Oaks Ford. My salesman, Jesus Nunez, was someone I had worked with previously on a Lincoln purchase from the same family of dealerships. Both times he made the experience easy and smooth, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. If you’re looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln product, be sure to give the Fair Oaks family of dealerships a look. In fact, as for Jesus specifically, he is an excellent salesperson.
