We received exceptional service at Fair Oaks Ford when we purchased our Expedition. I would highly recommend this dealership and the employees such as Dean and Moe that we worked with!
Easy and courteous to deal with. Larry came in a little early to meet us as we had driven from SE Indiana and stayed over night to get the car we wanted and Fair Oaks had. Met us at the door and introduced us to the Lincoln Specialist Robert Schmaltz who basically took over from there and did a thorough job of going over the car's features and helped us through paperwork. I didn't like their trade in offer so Larry came and we easily negotiated a more reasonable offer (same cash offer as Carvana had offered but saved that much sales tax).
Jose' Santiago was awesome! Great communication & follow through. Excellent experience overall...from initial inquiry, to final sale completion. Stellar example of customer focus!
