they charged $1500 to my 80 year old mother to fix gear shift in 2013 ford edge. she made it home and it locked up in park for good.i added an oil change and checked and no oil change but she got charged.they ran a full tank of gas out.these people are crooks and the will get there.you will get robbed here.this rater made me give this business one star

Kudos to Kevin and many others at Fairway Ford Service Team. My Daughter had a mechanical breakdown. Towed her car in at 1om and fixed same day. Thank you guys so much and made this Dad's day easy. Thank You Mr Dick for staying late to give us her keys back.

Took car for service 2019 SUV front shock blown out without car for a week they could care less sure if I paying not under warranty fix next day do not recommend ford or them

Wayne Cooper was great! We went on a test drive and he knew everything about the car. He and Brian Stewart looked from here to Florida to find me exactly what I wanted for the right price.

Service department is terrible. Took in daughters car 6 different times for AC problems within 2 years. Still not fixed! Service Manager wasn’t helpful and didn’t care this was a big inconvenience.
