My last service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was completed in the mid afternoon. Dan Cash, my service advisor is attentive to point out areas that need attention and whether it is urgent or if it can be accomplished at the next service appointment. He provided an estimate for servicing the rear brakes and suggested that I call him to arrange to order the parts in advance of a service appointment so that the work can likely be completed on the same day.

Capitol GMC has always been amazing! From sales to service, A++++ all the time! Dan Cash in the service dept. ROCKS!! Mr. Cash made my last visit quick and painless. Capitol GMC is always clean, and they have lots of friendly faces to help you out. This is the only place I will take my new 2025 GMC Sierra SLT to get worked on and upgraded!

I have brought two different GMC trucks for service to Capitol GMC. I have always been treated “right”, no matter the service advisor. Currently I am seeing Bryan Yorkey. He has continued the excellent service. I trust this dealership, that is why, though I live in Watsonville, I drive the hour to San Jose for service to my truck.
