I did extensive research in the process of buying a new vehicle. What surprised me was how much difference there was in the dealer experience especially because I was shopping in the so-called luxury SUV market. Unfortunately, even some these dealers still use old high pressure, gotcha tactics that turned me off so much I didn't even want to consider the cars after having a negative dealer experience. Then I went to Key Acura of Gainesville and met Angie. No high pressure, great knowledge of the vehicles, test drives without restrictions (even offered to let me take it home if I wanted after we settled on price). After the purchase there were a couple of service items that needed attention and there service manager, Joe, his staff and Louis the General Manager, all did whatever they could to create a positive buying and service experience. I've now owned my new car for over 2 months and am very happy with it and the experience I had at this dealer. Highly recommend!

Angie was very patient. She showed me countless vehicles and allowed me to test drive them until I found the right one. Everyone that we interacted with during the buying process was very respectful. Since we weren’t planning on buying, the dealership even sent reps to my house to pick up my trade-in.
