Not much in words, but let me tell you! I went through heck with the dealership down the street, after seven different trips.not very nice customer service, and they lied and had every excuse in the book. Took my truck to you folks, made an appointment, took truck in, met with Daniel and his top tech, they went through all the notes from the prior place, got things squared away, got us a brand new transmission, put it in, and installed it in less than a week. I have now had the chance to test-drive this thing for over 500 miles, and it has never run this well since the day I picked it up from Oklahoma with 39 miles on it. When I need service they always get me in quickly and keep me updated about the service and amount of time.

This service was for an oil change and a 45,000 checkup. 1. Invoice indicated 0W-20 oil was used on my oil change. Call service department and they indicated this was a system problem but assured me the correct oil 0w-40 that was on my engine oil cap was the correct oil. 2. A transfer case fluid exchange and transmission fluid exchange were recommended based upon the 45,000 mile service table. My owner manual indicate under NORMAL conditions these two services are recommended at 97,500 miles. I will note that under SEVERE conditions then it is recommended at 45,000. I do not consider driving in Colorado Springs and highway driving is severe Thank you.
