Truly superior sales and service. From the time of my arrival to the drive away with my new car I felt welcomed, comfortable and never pressured. As a used vehicle, It would have been nice to have a little more time than on the spot at signing to consider a extended warranty. Also a shorter period than 6 years, such as 3 years for a used vehicle would be nice and more attractive from a price point. As the vehicle I purchased was not an Acura product. A little more time to understand how the warranty process could work would be nice. As the work would likely not be done at the Carter dealership. It would be nice to understand how this works. I have purchased extended warranties in the past and was not able to use them without weeks of follow up and ridiculous levels of details to justify the payment for service. In this past example, I found the extended warranty to be of little value. It would have been nice to have a little time to explore the warranty offered beyond a on the spot "sign or its gone". I would still consider a 3 year type agreement if its available. If, I could spend perhaps a day or two to see how the Toyota in this case dealers respond to accepting the offered coverage. For example, do they welcome the coverage and have a history dealing with it. Just my suggestion on a possible improvement and potential sales in the future for the extended warranty package. I would have liked to have it. But, was cautious about dropping over $3k on something I could not confirm was going to be useful when needed. An overall good experience. As I paid cash, I cannot speak to the financing other than a brief conversation which was pleasant and professional. The facility is very nice and easily accessible. To date, the post sale follow up has been good. I would recommend Lin Loya and Carter Acura to others seeking a vehicle. Lin was very helpful and accessible to answer questions and available to show the car I wanted on my schedule.

Absolutely the easy most relaxed car buying experience I’ve had!! Dave was amazing he listened to what I wanted found it boom sold!! Russell was amazing in finance explained all the additional options!! All I can say is I’m a customer for life!!!
