Art Tavoularis just doesn't miss. The man sees and knows all. Goes above and beyond every time I come through for me. Maybe its standard behavior but for me its not treatment I'm accustomed to. The man created a game plan, got me on a service schedule to get my vehicle up to date. Worked with me financially and never pressed or pushed. He takes care of me and my needs and ensures I get to relive that new car experience when I come to pick up my Suburban by having the amazing detail staff do their magic. No promises. No empty words. Easy purchase and no pressure We enjoyed working with Tracy and Mark. Both were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was zero pressure to purchase, but we did end up buying and are glad we did
Excellent service and very friendly staff including sales staff including super clean facility. Also I would like to mention while waiting on my car for service, Mr Vargas, Anibal the salesman provided great help in answering my questions about many questions regarding new models and technology in my new vehicle.
