Had my Equinox at another dealership about a week waiting on a part. My granddaughter called Ferman and they had the part I needed. Had my Equinox towed to Ferman on a Thursday. Kevin in the parts department had the part sent to the service department. Steve Kikta was my service advisor and was very helpful calling and discussing what would be needed to fix my Equinox. My Equinox was fixed on Friday. Kudos to the technician for doing a great job installing the part. They also did a courtesy wash and vacuum. Great dealing with everyone involved.
