Omar Heredia met us at the door, and we had the easiest car buying experience we've had in over 30 years and 4 new vehicles. Between Omar and Roy in financing the experience was extremely efficient and we were in and out with a new Sportage in about 3-hours. Still a little too long, but it was due in part to our not being totally ready to buy that day, but with no stress, we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend MV Kia and this team.

Purchased a 2025 Carnival SX Prestige Hybrid. I started with an online inquiry about inventory and pricing. Jacob got back to me promptly. After a few back and forths, we agreed on a deal. I drove 60 miles to close the deal even though there are other Kia dealerships less than 10 miles away. Jacob was off on Sunday, so Ashley closed the deal with me. She was so friendly and professional. Please ask for her if you’re visiting the dealership. She’s good people. I also have to mention how professional and courteous the receptionist was. And their Coffee Bean branded espresso maker is bomb. I had a chai latte, a vanilla latte, and an espresso. The showroom was built recently (I think two years ago) so it’s modern and welcoming. If you get hungry, there’s an In-N-Out across the freeway. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
