Customer Experience Review – Briggs Subaru, Topeka, KS I visited Briggs Auto at 3115 S. Kansas Ave., Topeka, KS, this morning to inquire about purchasing a 2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid. As soon as I walked through the door, Mr. Mike Zawacki greeted me and offered his assistance. From that moment forward, the experience was outstanding. Mr. Zawacki brought around a 2026 Subaru Forester Sport Hybrid, parked it out front, and invited me to sit inside. The SUV is impressive, but what truly stood out was his knowledge of Subaru vehicles and hybrid technology. His straightforward, no‑nonsense approach and the depth of information he provided made the visit exceptional. I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely welcomed — enough that I could have stayed all day. One meeting was all it took for me to be sold on Subaru. The visit was unexpected, but it answered every question I had. I look forward to meeting with Mr. Zawacki again in October and potentially purchasing this model or another Subaru Hybrid.
