Patrick was so helpful, patient and really listened to what i wanted. There was no hassle, no pressure and o was able to walk in and out with the var I wanted and my payments where I needed them!! This visit was just to have a nail removed from my tire and get it patched. Everyone was great, it was done in a very short time and I was on my way. I always go to Toyota service for any problems with my car, the emplyees are friendly and helpful and efficient.
Been coming here for years, purchased more than half a dozen cars from Findlay. Servicing here is a pleasure too. Prices aren't out of line and you know you're getting OEM parts backed by the manufacturer and the dealership too. The work is done cleanly and the vehicles are always ready when promised. It's a no brainer.

Found them on line and made a deal over the phone for exactly what I was looking for. The dealership got me picked up from the airport and to their Toyota dealership in the morning. After inspecting the vehicle, which was exactly what they said it was and a toad test I was off to the finance dept. where the manager there took the time to set the deal up exactly as I needed. I arrived in the morning and left before noon with the vehicle I wanted. Coming from California to Nevada and back home by 4 pm. the same day with my vehicle. Excellent customer service.
