A no pressure car buying experience. Jon and Chris we're great from the start until we drove off the lot. We were never pressured or pushed towards something we were not looking for. They were honest and upfront with any questions. They were very helpful every step of the car purchase. We have been very happy with the 04 Escape we purchased from them. If we knew someone who was looking for a good used car dealer or needed another vehicle, this would be my first stop
