I want to take a moment to recognize and praise Jacob Thrift for his outstanding professionalism, patience, and the time he took to listen to my wife and me with full attentiveness. We brought in our certified pre-owned 2022 Acura MDX due to ongoing audio disruptions from the infotainment system; at times the audio would cut out completely, and the screen would even shut off altogether. Jacob not only listened carefully to our concerns but also ensured every detail was accurately relayed to the technician, including the video we had captured showing the issue as it occurred. This level of attention to detail and Jacob’s commitment to fully communicating our experience directly resulted in the problem being completely resolved.
