GREAT GUYS. These are no pressure people. They just want to provide the service and see that you are happy with the product and their continued efforts to maintain that product.
Making an apt was a pain in the neck as I scheduled online and they called and cancelled me morning of and said I had to reschedule because it was during their lunch break why do you offer that time online if it’s not available? As for the actual service. It was great. They were friendly and informative and gave me rides and delivered my car. And made sure everything was covered under warranty. My only complaint is you should fix your online scheduling system. It was very annoying and because of your improper system I missed two days of work and money.
I have been working with Todd for years and he is the reason for the very good rating.
Very nice people, but initially had communication issues over getting truck in for service and getting a loaner despite it being basically brand new (under 4K miles). Once we got the truck in for service, communication improved tremendously. Technician went on a test drive with me and answered any and all questions. We did not resolve the parking brake issue yet.
Chris and others that came to speak with me to answer questions about purchasing new 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid were quite professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
They really listen to you. They answered all my questions. The shuttle service is very helpful.
