My recommendation is to work with Marc & Desmond. They are the best! They worked diligently to make my Lexus dreams come true.
My experience with this Lexus dealership was extremely disappointing, especially considering I purchased a brand-new premium vehicle. I repeatedly caught staff giving me false information — for example, they claimed my temporary tags and registration were valid for 60 days, when in fact they were only for 30. I only received an extension after sending strong messages and warning I would file a complaint with the DMV — and even then, my name was spelled incorrectly again, despite me pointing it out multiple times. The most serious issue was with financing: they submitted my information incorrectly, causing the first loan account to be closed and a new one opened after another credit check, which lowered my credit score. They also repeatedly told me that my permanent plates had been sent and would arrive “within 2 days,” which was untrue. When I tried to follow up, no managers were available and other employees claimed they had “no idea” why it happened. Mistakes happen, but professionalism means admitting them, apologizing, and correcting them promptly. I never heard a single “sorry,” let alone any gesture of goodwill. During the contract signing, the finance person was distracted by their phone instead of giving full attention to us. The process took only 10–15 minutes — hardly the level of care expected for a luxury purchase. The only positive part of my experience was Joe, who showed us the car, did the test drive, and tried to respond to my messages to smooth things over.
After posting my original review I was contacted by Chris, the service manager at Flow Lexus. He explained to me what the extra charge was. Then he also offered me a free detail bc my original detail wasn't finished correctly. I really appreciate that. I'm glad he explained the extra charge to me. I will be going back for sure! The car detail was great other than the tires not being done.
This dealer uses strong arm tactics and shady business practices. We are first time Lexus buyers and my mother has bought 7 vehicles from this dealer. This is not dealer culture my mother experienced, she is who influenced us to use this dealer. It is clear they are concerned with the sale and not in customer service building a customer base through stellar customer service. And to boot our 2024 TX that we have driven a total of 3 times now must go back for service because of malfunctioning technology. Lexus corporate has been good to deal with so far, the dealer has offered no more than chin music.
I took my car in for a detail and they didnt even clean the tires. When I asked them about it they told me to wait and then charged me extra 25$ to have my tires done. Dont go to a place that wants to nickle and dime you like this. Not completing a detail on a vehicle is terrible. Then charging me extra to finish off what you were supposed to have done in the first place. Terrible service!!!!! Go to Rice Toyota on Battleground Ave to get your Lexus serviced.
Levi was my salesman. He was experienced, helpful, and easy to work with. He helped me find the car for me. I highly recommend him to help others find their dream vehicle.
