No pressure and very easy people to deal with. Overall a fantastic experience. James Toro is a real asset to the dealership and by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will be back to see James when the time comes to update our vehicles.

It was a great experience working with Ford of Kirkland. James Toro was great to work with. Once I decided to get the truck, he got everything filled out. He also took the time to set up all the features on the vehicle. I was in and out in about 3 hours. It was awesome
