Service writer Lou was great. I’m a new ford customer and seen a few dealers for service and was not happy with their customer service. I set an appointment and they great communication while I waited. So, this will be my new service center.
This dealership is trying to take advantage of a young girl who just bought her first car. Disgusting! I expected better from Ford who have been no help at all. My car that has 2,000 miles on it broke down and I am told that is my fault and it is not covered under warranty. Ford needs to fix this.
Friendly, professional and patient. Answered all my questions and interacted honestly with me. I would recommend them without hesitation. They went the extra mile for me and it didn’t go unnoticed
This is a place you would never want to go in your entire life! not to buy a car at least. I bought my car from them because they were the only one who had this car. I visited the dealership four times prior to signing it off and each time they gave me a different price and monthly payments. Funny thing is that the Salesmen "Frank" & "Gabino" admitted that they would never waste their time twice with the same customer!! and said that "The customer is not always right and they don't need them" The real story started when I told them I will provide my own financing!! The finance officer "VJ" is the real deal "A Crook" !! I ended up signing three different contacts and now I have realized that he had planned his scenarios ready and up in his sleeve. I got what I wanted with my own terms and conditions and through my own bank with much less than what they wanted but shame on "FORD" to let these kind of people as their agent and put its logo on their door. Shame!!
My 2017 F- has only gone to this dealership for service. I have been going there since before David Wilson bought it. They normally give good and quick service but this time they ripped me off. The service advisor told me that Ford recommends the Coolant and Trans Fluid be changed at the 30,000 mile service so I approved it. I just checked the owners manual and this is NOT recommended until 100,000 miles for the coolant and 150,000 for the transmission. They have just lost a customer who buys new Fords about every two to three years from this dealership and Vila Ford which they also own. Guess I'll be looking for a new dealership!
I have NEVER been so upset with a business in my life. I plan on sharing this review on any site that mentions Ford of Orange. I was in the process of buying a Camper Trailer and wanted to make sure I knew EXACTLY what I could reliably tow with my Ford F-150. I have never bought a trailer like this, so I figured I would bring my truck into the Service Department and have them look up that exact truck to give me an idea. The Service Technician pulled up the info for my exact truck (I didn't have the owners manual because the Ford lot that sold me the truck didn't have it). The Service Technician printed out a sheet on the towing capacity for my truck. I asked him to carefully explain it. I told him I know nothing about Towing a trailer like this and need him to confirm exactly what I can pull. He misinterpreted the information for me and told me I was fine towing 15,500 pounds. I confirmed 3 times with him that was right (it seemed high). I then went and spent $45,000 on a brand new trailer that was well within the limit of weight that was confirmed. I have since found out that technician completely misquoted and I can't even fill my tanks without going over my new understanding of the weight. I called Ford and they said "Sorry". Apparently their sorries are worth $45K. This is so beyond unacceptable I don't even know where to start with them. I would've bought a different trailer if I had any idea this would've been an issue.
