Great experience from the test drive to the final paper work. No pressure and good environment.
I was very skeptical of dealerships. Any other dealerships I have gone to for service, I always left feeling that I was taken advantage of. Interstate Ford is fairly new. It's very clean and well organized. The people are very friendly and helpful so I figured there must be a caught. My service advisor (Allen Maillet) was very transparent and kept me in the loop on what needed to be done. The work was completed when Allen said it would be. I was pleasantly surprised at what the bill was. I was expecting it to be a lot higher. I also assume like most of the dealerships in the area that I would be charged an extra 4% for using a credit card. I was wrong, they didn't. I highly recommend Interstate Ford. They exceed my expectations in every way. When I'm ready to trade,Interstate Ford will be the first place I check out. .

I was very pleased with my service with Tim. He established a confidence that I needed for trading in my vehicle for another vehicle.
This is a Service Review. After getting home from the oil change, the vehicle was dripping oil on the garage floor, apparently cleaning up the skid plate is not part of the service. This is pretty sloppy work, in my opinion. It would also be nice to have the outside of the vehicle cleaned after service is performed. Improving these things would get a 5 star rating.
