Autoland has left me stranded with a broken car and an empty wallet. Owner of this location, Hashmi, Shamim is same owner of Thornburg location. I trusted them because they gave me a 15 days contract to return the car after I got Pre-purchase inspection done with Infiniti if I found any issues! Well def did! Had an oil leak, sunroof leak, etc Took it back to their Thornburg location. They did not take vehicle out of my name. They kept it over 30 days then claimed it's all fixed! NO... 2 days after getting it from them oil issues started again and it started smelling. It now was towed to a shop and sitting needing $15k engine replacement. The sunroof is still leaking. I am paying a car loan on a vehicle for next 4 years that I can not even move, shouldn't be in my name, can't afford to pay a $15,000 engine replacement on and credit is tied up on this vehicle so can't even get another one to get my 3 kids around! 'Disappointing' doesn't begin to cover it. They also post signs saying they are BBB members BUT not and have a F rating! This is not a trustworthy place, same owner of Thornburg owns this location Save yourself the trouble and do not give them a cent. They sell anything but quality cars and give contracts but they are no good. Avoid at all costs! We went yesterday to the Thornburg location and they have taken every car off the lot and shut it down there. We went to the Fredericksburg location and the owner of both locations, Hashmi, Shamim told Stafford Sheriff's Office and Police officers he was not the owner, (Incident #2024011187) and go to Thornburg location and see Khalid Mirza who is the location Dealer Operator. Upon arriving there is when we noticed the entire dealership is now closed up and no cars on the location. He refused to come speak. The Sales Person, Jessica Crane Brendle Hawley (who has no license and not sure how she can even be a sales person) was there boxing the office up with movers and tried to have us charged with trespassing when we had Spotsylvania officers meet us there. Everyone should AVOID at all cost!
