we bought 2004 Dodge Durango on 2/17/20- oil leak, take back to them, took them more than week to fixed. my husband have to call them so many time, never recommend this dealer. Bad service.
Bought a Jeep from there a few months ago. Floor was wet when bought, told mechanic must’ve left window down. Turns out sunroof was leaking, dealer said they’d fix it they didn’t after keeping car for days. Sold with busted shocks in back, told it was just inspected and they would check out noise coming from back, when dropped off then said mechanic wasn’t there to look at it. Car was dirty inside and brakes squeaked awful. Would not recommend buying car from there!
Purchased a vehicle had transmission problem 2 days later after only putting 30 miles on it , called to complain, told my salesman was on vacation and someone would call me back in morning. No one called. Had to sell vehicle due to problems took a loss . Paid loan off , took 8 weeks to get a title, said it was lost . Put $1000 down to pay taxes tags fees , they never paid sales tax with money I give them, had to go there and cause a scene to get money back from them so I could go pay tax at dmv myself. Title they give me was from West Virginia so now I have to wait longer for West Virginia to release title to Virginia. Mean while guy I sold truck to got it fixed and is waiting on me to give him a title so he can tag and title it . Very poor service, they lied and said they paid sales tax for me with money I give them, and seems like they are selling vehicles with loans still on them getting money from buying customer then using that money for other things. Then when they sell another vehicle they take that money and pay lien off that was on vehicle that they already sold , hint why it took over 8 weeks to get some kind of title from them. Just want people in area to know what kind of people they are . They have lost my business for life .
I bought a car from these people 2008 Chevrolet Equinox I had it less than 3 hours before it began to overheat it had a warranty in the window when I purchased they told me that because they discounted the car another words I argued the price down before I bought that it was an as-is and they would not honor the warranty so I was stuck with a car with a blown head gasket I would never recommend this place to anyone
I recently purchased a classic car for my wife from this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Garth. He was extremely friendly, straightforward and honest. Our transaction took place over the phone and Garth went out of his way to assist in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. The car arrived at our home the next day and EXCEEDED all of our expectations! There were no surprises or problems- not one! The gentleman who delivered the vehicle (Jerry) was a sheer delight to deal with and talk to. I would highly recommend these folks and will deal with them again in the future.
HUGE SCAM! I bought an older suburban from them. After I bought it, I was told by someone in the community that is an expert in the car business that Gasoline Alley is notorious for changing mileage on vehicles. I pulled the car fax report that they didn't show me but told me it was clean only to find out that the miles showing on my car and paperwork were much less than the previous owner purchased it with several years earlier. I called the salesman several times and he didn't do anything at all. I was stuck. I've since talked with a dealership about trading in my Suburban but because of the fraudulent mileage which they could see immediately, a dealership will only give $1500 for it. Gasoline Alley is horribly crooked. This is the first time I've ever written a negative review in my life. I'm not typically vocal but buyers should know know. Please do the right thing and take your business to many of the other ethical dealerships in Winchester.
