Titi was great! She was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She helped me set up the Ford app and walked me through the car’s features. The check engine light came on as soon as I bought the car, but they fixed it without any issues and provided me with a loaner.

Nice waiting area and the team is always very nice there. My only complaint is that every time I get my truck serviced, I have to wipe oily hand prints from both the exterior and interior. I know it’s a dirty job and would be hard to prevent the prints but at least QC your work after the job is done and wipe them off so the customer doesn’t have to. Not a huge deal, it happens every time and I continue to return so it’s not a deal breaker. Just annoying. I’ve mentioned it several times but no change.

Stivers ford service team is very good and thorough. They try to get you in and out in a timely manner to resolve the problem with your vehicle. They explain what they found and the resolution. Very good team.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was a walk in and surprised they took care of right away. Did have to point out to the service lady that they didn’t put my spare back under the truck bed but she had that taken care of right away.
