I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but I really wanted to share how much I appreciate my experiences with Stivers Ford of Birmingham. Buying a vehicle is a big deal, and over the years this dealership has made that experience feel easier, calmer, and a lot more personal than I ever expected. I only worked with Cathy one time, but that one experience really stood out to me. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and pleasant. Even though it was only once, it was enough for me to remember how good that experience was. Most of my other experiences have been with Asher in finance, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He has been consistently amazing every time I’ve worked with him. He makes the finance process feel simple and stress-free, which means so much when you are making such an important purchase. He is patient, thoughtful, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or confused when I sit down with him, and that kind of peace of mind matters. What I appreciate most is that Cathy and Asher both made me feel like more than just another customer. They were genuine, helpful, and easy to work with, and that kind of care is not something you find everywhere. The entire experience felt pleasant and effortless, and I am grateful for that. Upon arrival, it was very nice and clean. Josh was very specific in explaining the details, and he went above and beyond his duties. KeAndre was very detailed in explaining things about some areas on my vehicle. He also went above and beyond. They were a great team.

My car broke down in the middle of our move from MN to FL, they were booked for about a week but were able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed the next day. Everyone was insanely kind and communicative, I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who helped me out. Steven and the other staff are truly lifesavers, cannot recommend this place enough!!
