Ryan in the service department was great! After servicing my daughter's Tacoma I noticed a grinding noise on the way home. I called Ryan (it was after 7 PM) and he asked me if I could bring it in the next day. He was waiting for me when I arrived and knew by the sound the vehicle was making what the problem was. He had it fixed within 10 minutes and I was gone. It was a great pleasure meeting and working with Ryan!

Carl Anderson is an awesome salesperson. He listens and is very resourceful when it comes to giving his best at getting whatever vehicle you're looking for. He doesn't try to talk you into other things and is by no means pushy. He communicates extremely well and keeps you informed. I'm so happy I got to purchase my 2019 Avalon from him almost 7 years ago and now my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander.
