I’ve traveled to several places since I bought my RAV4 but the best service I get is always when I’m in Raleigh NC at Fred Anderson Toyota. Lonnie was very helpful when I went in without an appointment this past week. I highly recommend this dealership.

Latisha is awesome to work with. She is very attentive and cares about the customers. She takes the time to explain and go over things when you come in for a service appt and not just tell you these are the services that are due and push those on you to get done. Her attitude is pleasant and she is transparent in her dealings with you and that is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to see her working when I bring my vehicle in because I feel like I matter as a customer and I'm not just another person passing through. She is one of the best I've worked with when it comes to the true meaning of customer service.

Been with these guys over 30 years. Still a great shop ! I have 2 cars serviced there regularly and they always do a great job ! Danny and Lenny are GREAT and know their stuff.
