Latisha is awesome to work with. She is very attentive and cares about the customers. She takes the time to explain and go over things when you come in for a service appt and not just tell you these are the services that are due and push those on you to get done. Her attitude is pleasant and she is transparent in her dealings with you and that is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to see her working when I bring my vehicle in because I feel like I matter as a customer and I'm not just another person passing through.
