Recall on brakes - parts ordered and everything completed within acceptable timeframe. Vehicle was ready within timeframe given on drop off.
I love Toyota because they have like service very reliable cars very professional employees. I feel well every day come quick and easy service.
Trey was incredibly helpful. He was accommodating and was able to get my car fixed quickly. The dealership was easy to work with and everybody was nice. My car was fixed quickly and correctly.
Good experience overall but I don’t like being sold unnecessary services. Service was efficient and I appreciate the shuttle.
We have purchased several new Toyota's in our lifetime and this was our best purchasing experiences. Trade in price was fair as was the new Grand Highlander price. Everyone we dealt with was so professional. The dealership atmosphere was relaxed. John and Bankole were great to work with. We will definitely be back for our next Toyota.
