My experience and reach Chevrolet was smooth and very amazing. Kevin and Luke worked with me from beginning to end and answered all my questions. I love my new car.!
I've now bought 7 vehicles from Reed Chevrolet and Jeff Davey has made every trade for me. I can not ever complain about anything about this dealership great people to deal with and work hard to get you into car of your choice if all possible.
I called Reed Chevy on 1 Feb. and spoke to Luke about a Chevy SUV. There was not a good interest rate, therefore I told Luke I would keep driving my old car. On 2 Feb. I hit a deer and totaled my car. On 3 Feb. another Reed Chevy person called me and I informed him my situation had changed. Thank God for call backs as I had already started looking around for what I wanted, but a used vehicle because I refuse to pay more than 3% interest rate because I have worked hard for my good credit for times like this. Eleven days later I am driving a beautiful 2025 Chevy Blazer at 1.9% and everything I wanted on it; including my moon roof. Luke wanted my business and treated me with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Thank you Luke and Reed Chevy.
They were very professional, and they would answer all questions. The new place was awesome.
We are located in Arizona and my son found his dream truck here at Reed Chevrolet. We had a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Jayden Kendrick and Herschel McWilliams they were both very helpful and answered all the questions we had. They made our purchase happen as smoothly possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.
I purchased a truck from them on my birthday October 10 I live out of state so I traveled to them Everything looked and went fantastic Right up until I received my title work And the BMV tells me that I am short $995 on my taxes So I contact my salesman, Jeff Davie, and obviously he passes it off to the sales manager or general manager And basically the general manager tells me that I’m on my own it’s not their problem So clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction, or standing behind their deals And he didn’t even have the guts enough to call me and have a discussion with me. He had to email me. Very cowardly and unprofessional
