Car was received as a walk-in event after I made a mistake and scheduled the service for the wrong date. Car was ready within 2 hours as promised. Car is working well.
Convenient location for me which is why I go here. Used to go to the Milpitas location but after their last service where they over promised and underperformed I switched to this one. Easy to schedule service and was fast to check-in for my service. Where they let me down ... I was expecting to get a call when my car was ready to be picked up but never go a message. I believe the guy when he told me he tried to message me but checking my phone I clearly never got it. After I paid they didn't bring me the car but told me to go into the parking lot to get it. They told me the direction to go but the car wasn't there. Had to go back inside, someone else told me a different place to go and found my car there. Not customer focused.
