We decided to purchase from this dealer due to its pricing policy and proximity to home. The car was detailed and ready for a test drive when we arrived, which was very helpful. This was a cash purchase so financing wasn't an issue.
Maria was very friendly and understanding. She informed me of the work done from my previous services at a different dealership, and reassured I was getting quality service without any up sales.
I bought my car at Fremont Toyota and have always had good service there for the last 6 years. This time, I ended my service appointment being rushed out the door at closing time by Marty with the problem I came in for not solved as promised, spending $1000 on other problems they found, and an inexcusably messy new tire install. So I went back in the next day and complained loudly to Pat, the Service Manager, who listened and promptly assigned his guy "T" to address the issue I came in for in the first place and fix the tire problem. Pat authorized a refund to give me the benefit of a newer sale price that had just kicked in the day after my service, which I appreciated. "T" was polite and accommodating, and he made sure I was satisfied with the result - even threw in a carwash. In the end, there was a problem initially, but they made it right, to earn my positive review and continued loyalty.
