Service advisor Nicolas Munoz was rude, not helpful. I called in for service appointments, I was informed will get ride back home and ride back to service. Nicolas Munoz refused. I am diabetic, did not prepare for 3 hours waiting in service area with no food:((….I was very disappointed. He didn’t consider my health issues top of that when I was promised will get ride. Thank God for Adrian Cruz in service manager, he gave me bag of popcorn to eat, also he went out for looking for my car. Need more service people like Adrian Cruz. He saved my life. Thank you so much Mr. Adrian Cruz🙏.

Ramiro is always welcoming and kind. He doesn't pressure about services to be done on my vehicle. The service dept at Fremont Toyota has always provided my Toyota vehicles with very good service. I cannot comment on the sales dept so that is why I gave 4 stars to Fremont Toyota (service alone gets a 5).
Ramiro Orozco has been my Auto Advisor for 20 years at Fremont Toyota. He is great!
Friendly and professional and seems like he cares for his customers. I am still waiting for a call back on a part that was identified during my service and if my warranty covers the part
