What Others Say

Work with Randy Giese in the service department. Randy is always helpful, always pleasant, and very patient. I count on him to explain things that I don't understand as well as help me make the right decisions regarding the care and upkeep of my car.

I took my /2022 ram 2500 tradesman into the dealer in early December for a noise coming from the front right drive axle area. I told Service advisor the same. They inspected and replaced the transfer case. I took it home the next time I put it in four-wheel drive. The same noise was still there. Obviously the problem is not corrected. I took the truck back on December 26th. (It's still there as of Feb. 17th). Once again, I told them where the problem was. One month later when they had the time to get it up on the rack, they informed me that it was the transfer case again. 2 weeks later they had the transfer case replaced again. After spending that time and $$, they determined that was not the problem. Prior to this I had called to the service advisor and told him to have the mechanics check the right front drive axle and ball joints because I believed that's where the problem was at. But once again, they did not take my advice And replaced the transfer case once again. After that failed, the mechanics determined that it was the front Driveline. I'm still waiting to see if that's the case. But it sounds like once again they aren't not going to check the front right drive axle and ball joint/u-joint. All that being said, my service advisor, Jorge is a great guy, I have no complaints regarding his professionalism and courtesy. I believe the issue is with management and procedure. The work doesn't get done effectively due to lack of personnel and lack of experience in the diesel/larger truck category. I live approximately 2 hrs away from the dealer. This is warranty work being done (maybe that takes a back seat) but this is way to long to have a vehicle for obvious remedy. Please, ,,,, if management reads this, the problem is in the front right drive axle. Have the mechanics check from the differential to the ball joint. That should have been done on the first visit Dec. 11th. A lot of time and money unnecessarily wasted Thank you!!

Service was friendly and explained what the car needed. Ordered parts and called when they came in to schedule an appointment car was finished the same day.

The service agents are amazing. All the staff have been helpful and pleasant in person and on the phone.

Fast easy and the communication was spot on. Thanks for getting me back and running in a timely manner

I inadvertently called my service advisor’s personal phone to schedule an appointment. He was gracious and kind and even booked my appointment! The service department at Fresno Dodge are the BEST. I refuse to go anywhere else!
