I dropped my car off at Friendly Chevrolet on February 27th and was told by my service advisor, Corwin, that the repair would take 3–4 days max. Instead, they had my car for over 6 weeks, and I received very little communication from Corwin or any updated timeline. Multiple times I called for updates and was told he was unavailable and could not take my call. At one point, I was told the delay was due to a part they couldn’t find. I located and purchased it myself within an hour, yet it still took an additional two weeks to complete the work. I was never proactively informed about the extended delay and was not offered a loaner vehicle or any transportation assistance. This was awful service. I would not recommend this service department. I would encourage others to use different service advisors aside from Corwin, as I have used others here previously with no issues. Because of this incident, I will no longer be using any services offered by this dealership.

Jim Viola was great to deal with, the dealership was ok, they are just trying to make money like anyone else but I ended up getting the truck I wanted at a price I was willing to pay so I guess it all worked out. Ask for Jim

I didn't purchase from this dealership and the contributing factors include: 1.) They wouldn't remove an add on package called the Friendly Chevrolet Package Plus. It includes window tint, dent repair for 1 year, Perma-Safe for 1 year, and Ikon vehicle security. This package costs $1,395 and said it was required to sell the vehicle. This add on wasn't included in their advertised price on their website, or on CarGurus. 2.) They indicated to get the $5,000 advertised rebate, the vehicle has to be financed with GM Financial. Here, again, this isn't mentioned in their advertising, website, or CarGurus. 3.) Their website gave me a trade-in value of $2,647 for my vehicle, but when they appraised it, they gave me a trade value of $500.

I have brought my car there for warranty work. The first time service rep said work was done, I picked up my car and they did not do 2 service jobs that I requested. The second time I called manager before coming out and that person did not return my call. I went to the dealership and had not received a call back. I got an excuse that they were in meetings and made it seem it was partly my fault. I called the dealership today as I had not heard back as it has been 5 days since car was dropped off for simple tasks. I was told car was ready but service advisor never reached out to let me know. Also, I wanted to confirm that the work was done as I don't want to make another trip asking them for a 3rd time to do work requested. I was told an email would be sent to advisor When you take into account that authorized manufacture dealers charge the highest prices, I am paying more for less. If the manager does not return calls why should those they supervise be expected to do the same. The people are "nice" and sometimes giving a one star is just being overly mean

The salesman was wonderful. Listened to everything we said and helped get us what we wanted for the price we needed.

They were very helpful with my car buying experience. Imanol, the salesman was understanding and insightful of exactly what I was looking for in a new car.
