What Others Say

I knew my truck, though old, was worth fixing. The engine was stalling at the most inopportune times. I tried a neighborhood repair shop. They couldn't figure it out, so I took it to Fullerton Dodge. After multiple trips there for repairs, the problem lingered. I didn't give up, nor did the repair professionals at Fullerton. They went the extra mile to solve this evasive problem, which required keen diagnostic skills and a significant, targeted engine repair to correct the root cause. They involved me throughout the repair process, explaining everything to my satisfaction. Ultimately, they returned my truck to me in top performance. The money I spent was worth every penny.

7/8/2025. I had an oil change about a month ago because of a leak. Dealt with Jon Carlo who was excellent at Jeep service. He said come back in about 1000 miles and we"ll put your car on the lift to make sure the leaks are not present. I came today only to find all of the staff are gone!!! They quit. I pulled up on the express this morning and went in to talk to the new manager and new company. I stated that I am here to put my car up on a lift to confirm no more leaking as Jon Carlo suggested. He said do you have an appointment, no. Well it's going to be a long wait and proceeded that it will cost $249.00 for a diagnostic just to put my Jeep on a lift for 5 minutes and tell me all is good. SERIOUSLY. He was not customer friendly and stated anything that was told to you is not honored anymore!!! I also stated that did have work done and this new company is charging 3% on credit card payments.Ridiculous. Jeep service is not cheap and many times customers need time to pay off. He kept interupting me and finally said I willNEVER come back here again. It is a negative indication when you have all of the people in service have quit. It's called POOR new management and clearly I felt that. Steer clear of this dealership!!!!!!Horrible

This dealership’s service is terrible! I filled out online service appointment request and followed up with two calls. They cannot be bothered to call back and were very unhelpful! Don’t waste your time on them!

They stopped their loaner fleet. Would of never purchased a Jeep from this dealer if I knew they were going to stop having loaners.

Sydney Martinez was my salesperson for my new 2025 Chrysler Pacifica. She was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. She even followed up with me after the sale to see how I liked my vehicle and to see if I had any questions that she could answer. Good experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Fullerton! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. My salesperson, Ed Onka, went above and beyond to ensure I got the right vehicle for my needs, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. There was no pressure, just great service and honest communication. I highly recommend Fullerton to anyone looking for a top-notch car-buying experience!
