I bought my 24 maverick at FF and called to get a recall notice serviced. Aftera long wait I "ta;lked" to the service person. He could not find the records of my vehicle which I bought tere, nbot by phone number(they had called me), and not by VIN .... I could not get the service I needed ... I am still looking for a dealer to fix the recall notice.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS AWFUL DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a brand new Ford F-150 Black Widow package off the showroom floor from Future Ford of Roseville in 2022, all in for $100k. It’s been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE owning the truck and attempting to work with Future Ford ever since. I’ve had nothing but problems with the truck, and they refuse to work on or fix the problem - unless, of course, I pay them out of pocket!! I have bumper to bumper coverage for the life of the loan, on top of the 3yr/36k manufacturer warranty. I’ve had my truck in the shop countless times now between Future Ford of Roseville and Folsom Lake Ford. Folsom has been helpful and worked with me the most, even when I purchased the vehicle from Roseville, but they’ve not found a fix for my ongoing issue either. I went in to speak with the Roseville GM, because I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere since owning the vehicle and reporting the issue. I was told that “No one ever talks to the GM” and we were given a jr. manager to speak with. We expressed our concerns, disappointment, frustration… all to be told by the team at Future Ford of Roseville that once the vehicle is off their lot, they have no responsibility and there’s nothing more they can do - he recommended we contact a lemon law attorney rather than offer us any additional help. The other management staff were so obviously MOCKING US the entire time from their meeting room, so either they were too daft to realize we could see and hear them laughing at us, or they simply didn’t care. The latter feels most accurate. As we were leaving, a manager very condescendingly called out for us to “Have a great day!” and laughed with his entire team. When my wife and I confronted him for the disrespect, he immediately threatened to call the police. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a vehicle from Future Ford of Roseville!!!! They are liars and crooks that do not care an ounce for their customers. I urge you to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! As of April 2025, I have spent over $5,000 of my own money in attempts to fix the issue, without success. I could go on for hours about this, but NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A BUSINESS!!!! They say you’re part of the Ford Family the day you buy the vehicle, but the second you walk out of their doors, you’re just commission history to them. Future Ford of Roseville has made it so that I will never even consider purchasing another Ford vehicle.
Everyone was so kind and thoughtful during our process. they worked hard finding a perfect car for us and gave their honest opinion. They were constantly checking in and were with us throughout the entire process.
Great customer service made a good deal for my wife she’s going to be happy
