Called the company first and spoke with a sales professional named Jessica who was excellent over the phone - but they didn't have the vehicle I wanted. It's June 2021... so we're in the middle of C19 shortages for everything in the world... including people (labor) and cars. Over the next couple months I worked with Jessica, Robert, Casey (Maintenance), Albert, and even Mr. Gallagher himself... and they all bent over backwards to both help me, and make sure I ultimately ended up with what I wanted. I have purchased hundreds of cars over the years - usually cash, I rarely finance, and I can write I was extremely surprised to find this type of service in Elko, NV. This is easily the best service I have ever received from a car dealership - ever.

Sherry and Robert did a great job. My second time buying here in three months. Love my Ford Focus and Ford pickup. Heading back to the whole lot when they get more inventory.

This dealership is a nightmare the owner down to sales management to service sucks I bought a ford ranger brand new had it for 2 days and it’s been almost 2 months now without it! I’m on my second loner vehicle anyway my brand new truck now needs a brand new transmission they wouldn’t swap me out for a new one just horse xxxx! I’ll never buy again and I’m a repeated customer not now and a miner on top of that I’m asking all my brothers and sisters in mining don’t buy from Gallagher’s! Go elsewhere!

I must say that is was truly a blessing to find a dealership that still uses old values. I recently purchased a Ram 3500 Dually from them. What a great experience it was from The very start . I am from Va. I called and spoke with Mr. Casey Gallagher (GM) as soon as he opened up the dealership. He had one of his Salesman (Marcus Velasquez) he answered all my questions and even got answered for the ones that he wasn’t sure about. I put a deposit on the truck that day and flew out that same day, to Salt Lake City Utah. Rented a car the next morning and drove to Elko NV. When I got there to my surprise they installed 6 new Michelin’s and new front shocks. Not part of the deal. We had a couple of issues with the radio, GPS, and Navigating. Because I was in a hurry to drive back to Va. that evening, I left out with a verbal IOU and a handshake from the GM Mr. Casey Gallagher. I looked him straight in the eyes and He told me when I got back to Va. to take it to my Local Dodge Dealership and he would cover the cost of the repairs. I was a little Leary of this but I trusted my better judgement. There are still some honest dealerships around. My truck is fixed and I couldn’t be happier with my truck. A big shout out to Casey & Marcus, along with the entire Gallagher Team for a most enjoyable purchase & experience. I highly recommend Gallagher Ford for your next new or used auto purchase. Worst customer service. They had no interest in looking at our new truck since we didn’t buy from them. Will never do business here.

Customer service was excellent. Izzy our salesman was awesome and delt with all of my frustrations and got me what i wanted. I will definitely be going back to buy my next vehicle. I am now a customer for life. Everyone that works there is friendly and willing to help. Was by far my best ever dealer experience and they are also fast to get you going.
