Sam was great to work with. I was traveling from a few hours away so I needed the transaction to go quickly. We handled everything in advance and I was in & out in an hour, including test drive. Sam had everything ready to go and the process was the easiest I’ve ever had for a vehicle purchase. It was a used vehicle that was detailed to look new. The pricing was fair and transparent. I have been doing business with Galpin for 18 years, have gotten about 8-9 cars from there and I have been working with Neil Stone for a few years now, with one purchase and 2 leases. Neil is the kind of busy guy that makes you feel like you're the only client, yet his calendar is booked solid. Never rushes you, always gets you exactly what you need. I don't even negotiate or argue. Customer service is top shelf, even when you're not buying or leasing a car!
