Kevin picked up the ball after Brittaney dropped it. I called to get my car on the calendar indicating I needed a loaner. She proceeded to tell me there was a new policy where a $50 dollar deposit was now required for loaners. Turns out Kevin said it was $250. Secondly, no one came to pick up my car on the date scheduled by Brittaney. I had to call and ask where the service person was. Brittaney had it scheduled as a drop off. Kevin was able to schedule me a couple of days later. Service person showed up within the window Kevin provided. Left the loaner. This isn’t the first time dealing with Brittaney. She has been snippy before with me on the phone. Also doesn’t explain things clearly for being in “service”. Kevin two thumbs up. Brittaney thumbs down all the way.
I took my X5 in to have a headlight repaired. Kevin Wagner was my service advisor, and he did a truly excellent job; explained things, kept me informed, and made sure everything was done as promised.
Great service. Matt took great care of me and the dealership communicated promptly. Highly recommend.
